About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PLM Solutions Specialist to join our team at Maya HTT. As a key member of our PLM team, you will play a critical role in supporting our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively support PLM sales opportunities with new and existing customers, ensuring proposed solutions meet customer needs and add value.
  • Develop proof of concepts and deliver demonstrations in support of the sales process, showcasing the technical soundness of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, customers, and consultants throughout engagement, acting as the technical leader within customer engagements.
  • Gather customer technical requirements, help build project proposals, support customer evaluation benchmarks, and provide training.
  • Maintain broad and up-to-date knowledge of Teamcenter PLM solutions offered, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
  • Meet pre-sales targets and provide necessary reporting to track progress, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering, with a strong foundation in product lifecycle management concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and solve complex problems.
  • English and French proficiency, with regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and customers outside of Quebec, nationally, and internationally.
  • Occasional travel required, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management concepts, with experience in developing customer requirements and deploying complex integrated digital solutions.
  • Previous experience or exposure to Siemens Teamcenter, with a strong understanding of CAD platforms such as NX, Catia, or SolidWorks.
  • Experience in operational value realization, with a focus on delivering tangible results and driving business growth.
