Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food meets quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and food preparation methods
