**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled farm labourer to join our team at Paul. As a farm labour specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of poultry and hog barns, as well as performing various maintenance tasks.

**Estimated Salary:** $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize barns, including manure spreaders and tractors;
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing equipment and fixing broken items;
  • Assist with crop jobs, including harvesting and planting;

**Requirements:**

  • Physical strength and endurance to perform manual labor tasks;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others;
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
