Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Investigations Professional to join our Loss Prevention team at London Drugs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting surveillance, investigations, and maintenance of loss prevention systems at our store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveillance and investigations to identify areas of loss and develop strategies to reduce shrinkage
  • Work collaboratively with the team to implement loss prevention plans and procedures
  • Identify and apprehend individuals committing criminal offenses against the company
  • Secure evidence, prepare reports, and testify in court as required
  • Perform special assignments, including lock repair, key control, staff awareness, and orientation
  • Maintain the overall security of our locations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or investigations role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and own vehicle
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
