About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Systems Integrator to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading plant systems integration projects, training operations and engineering teams, and troubleshooting and maintaining all plant systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement all plant systems projects in area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware)
  • Provide technical expertise to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant
  • Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with regional IT SSO and ISM teams, plant leadership, engineering, plant operations, and quality teams
  • Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator's network
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
  • 5+ years experience in programming and configuration in PLC's
  • Practical proven understanding of Wonderware manufacturing software or SAP manufacturing applications
  • Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software such as: SAP Quality Management - Critical model, SQL preferably using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL reporting services, Knowledge of Tableau, Production Planning and Scheduling, Inventory Management, Statistical Process Control (SPC) Concepts, Quality Standards/Regulatory Requirements, Factory Performance and Reliability (FP&R) EOHS Standards
