Business Analyst - Data Flow Management

Hello, I'm Guillaume, a senior recruitment and business development consultant at Fed IT, a recruitment firm specializing in IT recruitment. Our team of IT experts speaks your language and operates in your world.

We cover the IT, development, business intelligence, and infrastructure professions. I am currently looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients. This is a permanent, hybrid position.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with integration specialists and project stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow between systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and analyzing integration requirements based on business needs, with a focus on process improvement and system optimization.
  • Mapping, documenting, and analyzing data flows between core systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations.
  • Facilitating and overseeing the testing and validation phases of integration solutions, working closely with internal teams to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in systems integration, process optimization, and data flow management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business analysis, information systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in integration analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role, ideally in the transportation or 3PL industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Experience with TMS and ERP systems is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and present information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in French and English.
