About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to join our team at 3DEEZ INC. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.

Merchandise Planning

Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account market trends, customer preferences, and sales data.

Inventory Management

Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that inventory levels are optimal and that products are fresh and relevant to customer needs.

Financial Management

Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the store is operating within budget and that financial goals are met.

Customer Service

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is high and that customer loyalty is maintained.

Team Management

Supervise and manage office and volunteer staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or related environment

Language

English
