What You'll Do Best:

  • You'll build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized advice.
  • You'll be a self-starter, taking initiative to develop your skills and knowledge in investment management and wealth planning.
  • You'll help clients create customized financial plans, leveraging RBC's extensive resources and expertise.

How You'll Succeed:

  • You'll leverage RBC's strong brand and reputation to attract high-net-worth clients and manage their complex financial needs.
  • You'll use RBC's investment and wealth management resources to create tailored portfolios and wealth plans for your clients.
  • You'll foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • You'll collaborate with RBC partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive financial solutions.

A Few Details:

  • You'll have 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and be comfortable earning 100% commission.
  • You'll have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You'll have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • You'll have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
