Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

HUSSAIN's family is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Care Worker to join our team. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical and mental well-being.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and overall well-being.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
Work Environment:

As a Home Health Care Worker, you will work in the client's home, providing care and support in a comfortable and familiar environment. Optional accommodation may be available at no charge on a live-in basis, but this is not a condition of employment.

Target Audience:
  • Elderly individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities.
  • Adults with disabilities, requiring support with personal care and daily tasks.
Security and Safety:
  • Criminal record check required for all applicants.
Transportation/Travel Information:
  • Public transportation is available for travel to and from client homes.

Experience:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
