Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and decorating.

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in baking and customer service.
- Education: Completion of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- Certifications: Food safety certification and any other relevant certifications.
