Job Title: Attendant for Persons with Disabilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Attendant for Persons with Disabilities to join our team at AIT-DJIDA Kamal. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.
  • Administer medications and assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train and receive on-the-job training and support.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
