About the Role

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding contractors to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer external and internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited
  • Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
  • Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
  • Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Two (2) years or more experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
  • Demonstrates customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) ; intermediate level
