Job Title: Senior Analyst, Implementation

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Implementation to join our team at Island Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assessments, configuration, installation, and technical support for Desktop Managed Services, Managed Print Services, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform technical assessments and configuration of Desktop Managed Services, Managed Print Services, and other related technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex problems related to the deployment and management of these technologies.
• Assist cross-functional teams in identifying system problems and implementing recommended solutions.
• Provide training and technical support to Line of Business departments and assist with technical orientation and training of users.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and projects.

Requirements:
• Grade 12, graduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Science, plus four years' recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of Desktop Managed Services, Managed Print Services, and other related technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide leadership to other team members.
