About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ATV Portfolio Strategist to play a key influencing role in our new product development process. You will be the global voice of the customer for our ATV portfolio and product management, and contribute to BRP's innovation, market success, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the 7-year portfolio of ATV vehicles for all worldwide markets thanks to an advanced understanding of market trends, consumer-based data, and insight.

  • You will offer a comprehensive range of prices, options, features, and overall value proposition for the ATV lineup while optimizing market penetration and BRP profitability.

  • You will play a key role in the product development process to ensure the right product is in the market at the right time along with product designers and engineers.

  • You will communicate product positioning, features, and benefits to internal and external audiences, such as our marketing and sales teams, creative agencies, media, dealers, and consumers.

  • You will develop business cases and volume assessments for the 7-year lineup portfolio through rigorous research and analytics in the powersports industries.

  • You will convey management of projects and programs which will fuel the 7-year lineup through PowerPoint presentations and analysis.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or engineering.

  • Experience in the area of market research and/or product planning, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.

  • At least 5 years of experience.

  • The ability to communicate in English and French.

  • Solid planning, leadership, self-initiative, analytical, and innovation skills.

  • Customer-driven, strategy-focused.

  • The ability to understand and explain vehicle-related technical features.

  • A team player.

  • Passionate about motorized sports and/or riding.
