Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Growth Representative to join our team at AGAT Laboratories. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our portfolio of services to clients across Ontario and Eastern Canada.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the environmental materials testing industry. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales function, including identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with current customers, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities to improve AGAT Laboratories' position in the market.

Key Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in science, such as chemistry, geology, or engineering, or in business.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in outside sales, preferably with B2B sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
