Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at House of Boateng Food Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Job Summary:

The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing manner. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input and suggestions for new dishes and menu items.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
