Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
