We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Leader to drive revenue growth in our North American sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, with experience managing successful sales teams and navigating complex sales cycles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, leading and managing the global Sales Team, and creating a highly engaged and motivated sales team that encourages growth.
The ideal candidate has:
- 10+ years of software sales experience with a minimum of 5+ years' experience managing successful sales teams
- ~ French & English speaking required
- ~ Proven record of sales success in a software application environment. Experience working in early-stage companies and scaling organizations to $50M+ in revenue
- ~ Experience navigating complex sales cycles with commercial and enterprise customers
- ~ Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to excel
- ~ Experience working with ROI, cost modeling, and other quantitative techniques to educate and persuade buyers
- ~ Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- ~ Private equity or venture capital portfolio company experience a plus
