Job Title: Supervisor of Finishing Operations
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Supervisor of Finishing Operations to join our team at Superior IDP Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the completion of finishing work on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of finishing teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate finishing work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train and develop team members to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Work Environment:
This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work on construction sites, often in fast-paced and dynamic environments. The work requires strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
