Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Education worker to join our team at 'Ccaa' Infant and Toddler Child Care Centre. As an Early Childhood Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote learning and growth in young children.
  • Lead activities that encourage creativity, imagination, and exploration.
  • Guide children in the development of essential life skills, including self-care, socialization, and emotional regulation.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and develop strategies for support.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities with other early childhood educators and assistants.

Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Child Abuse Registry check.
  • Medical exam.

Work Conditions:

  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 CAD, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive health and dental plan, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
