About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at One-Stop Barbershop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality haircuts and styling services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and style hair according to client preferences and instructions
  • Shampoo and condition hair for optimal results
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches to perfection
  • Provide additional hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Supervise and train apprentices and students in the art of barbering
  • Offer personalized styling advice to clients based on their physical features and preferences
Work Environment

Our barbershop is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
