Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to meet the needs of the hotel.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Permanent position.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
