About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel and resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, reliability, team player.
