Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Robertson and Company.

About the Role

This is a 1-year contract position with potential extension or conversion. As a Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily deliverables, ensuring efficient work processes, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day deliverables during the shift.
  • Ensure efficient work processes and prompt escalations.
  • Engage with other teams and escalate to L2/L3 teams as necessary.
  • Provide technical support and follow NOC processes and procedures.
  • Engage in high-priority incidents and provide support.
  • Engage with operational teams and ensure work is followed up promptly.
  • Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Manage incident queues and prioritize incidents based on critical devices and shared services.
  • Help develop team members and provide effective feedback.
  • Help assess training needs and process gaps.
Qualifications:
  • CCNP (R&S) Cert with 3 years of troubleshooting experience or CCNA certified with 5 years of troubleshooting experience.
  • Routing and switching experience.
  • Troubleshooting experience/Break fixes.
  • Network analyst experience.
  • Strong understanding of network environments, telecommunications concepts, and Telco connectivity.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load balancers, and VMware NSX.
  • Proficient in executing diagnostic techniques with monitoring tools.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
