Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Beverages Journeyman Refrigeration Technician to join our dynamic service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, performing service, maintenance, and installation of Pepsi and customer-owned equipment, and ensuring that our customers' service requirements are met to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, enhancing and maintaining their relationships with our company.
  • Perform service, preventative maintenance, and installation of Pepsi and customer-owned equipment, including fountain, coolers, vendors, FCB's, icemakers, and other related equipment.
  • Deliver and assist with the delivery of Visi/Vend equipment in the trade.
  • Utilize and maintain trade tools and specialized testing equipment, such as electrical multi-meters and refrigeration diagnostic tools.
  • Complete invoices, settlement sheets, and related paperwork using hand-held computers and/or manual paper processes.
  • Maintain accurate parts and equipment inventory.
  • Prepare marketing equipment for customer use.
  • Perform all service/maintenance/installation requirements to meet customers' service requirements to company standards.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and company goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Journeyperson Appliance Service Technician or Refrigeration and AC Mechanic, or similar, strongly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated mechanical/technical aptitude.
  • Ability to safely move heavy vending/cooling equipment, meeting the physical demands of the role, including but not limited to: lifting/carrying
