We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a D&IT Business Solutions Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a proportion of our Geographically Distributed (Virtual) team portfolio of applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify improvements for existing solutions
  • Working to find existing solutions in JTI that have the required capabilities
  • Helping to develop capabilities delivered by global teams and within regional/local solutions
  • Exploring with other regions capabilities teams to maximize synergies and technology re-use
  • Supporting the rollout of centralized systems and market milestones
  • Managing identified changes to ensure they are executed successfully

As a D&IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will be part of a geographically distributed team responsible for a function within the region. You will manage the application portfolio (or part of it) of that function, including operational excellence and managing demands and accountable for the execution of projects of that specific function.

We're looking for someone with a strong IT background, preferably with experience in multinational companies. You should have a good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry. Experience in at least 2 of the following new technology trends is desirable:

  • Field Sales Solutions
  • Online Sales, Loyalty, and payment systems
  • Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)
  • Microsoft Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies
  • Business requirements analysis
  • Exposure to solutions design and architecture
  • Project implementation and administration support
  • Exposure to supplier management
