Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Operations Specialist position at Nutem Custom Manufacturing is responsible for the operation of fluid filling, labeling, and bottling machinery for a variety of cleaning and home care products. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a commitment to ensuring all packed product meets company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Perform start-up, CIP, and sanitation procedures for fluid filling, labeling, and bottling machinery.
- Quality Control: Ensure all packed product meets company specifications and standards.
- Production Oversight: Monitor and oversee the bottling operation to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Scheduling: Be aware of production schedules and produce to meet those schedules.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.
- Safety and Compliance: Observe all safety rules and promote a safe working environment, while also ensuring compliance with company production and quality standards.
- Good Manufacturing Practices: Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing Experience: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Home & Personal Care, Food, or Chemical Manufacturing.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to Detail: Environmental awareness and attention to detail oriented, with the ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Technical Aptitude: Possesses technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.

Supplemental Pay:

Experience:
- Manufacturing Experience: 1 year of experience in Food, Pharma, or Home & Personal Care Manufacturing.
