Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $35,817.70, including 4% vacation pay. The rate is based on a five-step scale with step increases occurring annually in accordance with the Collective Agreement. EPAs are paid every two weeks, with the annual salary paid across 12 months (August 1st to July 31st) for working a 10-month school year.

Job Description

This 10-month position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with varying needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
