Civil Drafter

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers is seeking a dynamic Early Career Roadway Drafter in our Laval, QC office.

• Work primarily in office environment
• Collaborate with engineering team on drawing development and detail creation
• Participate in quantity take-offs and related tasks
• Utilize MicroStation / AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (SS2, SS4, ORD or C3D)
• Produce documents with MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

• DEC - Diploma of Collegial Studies in Civil Engineering Technology
• Design experience or Design-Build project experience beneficial
• Understanding of engineering principles and materials for highway/civil work
• Able to read and understand construction documents
• Knowledge in AutoCAD
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Minimum 2 years experience in drafting

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and location.
