Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per annum

Job Description:

We're seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our team in Medicine Hat, AB. As an Insurance Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals. Your primary responsibilities will include building lasting relationships with customers, providing expert advice on home and auto policies, and managing client accounts to ensure timely renewals.

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Providing quotes and selling new policies to customers via various channels
  • Assisting customers with policy purchases and answering questions
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Fulfilling sales targets and tracking progress
  • Conducting sales calls and making renewal calls for existing clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we provide training for the right candidate
  • A General Level 1 Insurance License (an asset)
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills for in-person, phone, and email interactions
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience with EPIC (an asset)
