Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.

Estimate Ingredients and Supplies

Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods, physically demanding work, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
