Job Title: Technical Writer - Standard

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a skilled Technical Writer - Standard to join our team. As a Technical Writer - Standard, you will be responsible for organizing material and completing writing assignments with regard to order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize material and complete writing assignments with regard to order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
  • Provide helpdesk support via phone and email to users of an accounting/travel information system.
  • Coordinate graphics and conduct research for various audiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical writing.
  • Requires Bachelor's degree, and 5 years of experience OR 7 years of related experience (no degree).
  • Advanced writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in supervising writers and managing writing projects.
  • Helpdesk support experience is beneficial.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
