Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at our Hesperia or Apple Valley, CA health center. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient evaluations, reviewing medical records, and eliciting comprehensive medical histories. You will perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to diagnose conditions accurately. Treatment plans, including medication prescriptions and vaccinations, will be determined based on state guidelines and clinic regulations.
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Order diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Prescribe medication and vaccinations
- Provide patient education on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention
- Oversee family planning services and maintain provider goals
- Medical Degree (MD, DO) with a minimum of 3 years of Family Practice Residency
- At least two (2) years' experience in public health
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- CA Medical License, DEA Certificate, BSL certification
- 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee and 50% coverage for family
- Paid for License renewal fee
- Malpractice Insurance coverage (Federal Torts Claim Act, as applicable)
