We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns for clients.
- Bookkeeping Systems: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
