Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at U Choice. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for acquiring general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services for our electronic products manufacturing company.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

Job Description

Your primary duties will include:

  • Purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services from suppliers;
  • Developing specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased;
  • Negotiating offers from suppliers;
  • Consulting with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products;
  • Reviewing quotations and determining contract terms and conditions;
  • Establishing delivery schedules and monitoring progress;
  • Contacting clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and other productivity tools;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
