About the Role

As an experienced Millwright and Team Lead, we are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment within our plant in Woodbridge. This is a 3-shift rotation position that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Perform minor electrical repairs and assist electricians as needed.
  • Schedule regular servicing of mechanical equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Operate necessary tools and equipment to perform repairs.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance activities on all equipment.
  • Track work completed through our CMMS system.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a mechanical maintenance role in an industrial environment.
  • Leadership experience directing trade team members.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and tool shop equipment.
  • Able to use precision equipment (dial calipers).
  • Proficient in welding, milling, drilling, grinding, and plumbing.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Computer literate with MS Office and CMMS.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in maintaining our plant's mechanical equipment.
