Job Title: Analyste de Test Data H/F

Shiseido is seeking a highly skilled Analyste de Test Data H/F to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Organization, you will be responsible for creating, processing, and maintaining a portfolio of Master Data elements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain Master Data elements, including Finished Goods, Components, Bulk, Raw Materials, and BOMs.
  • Perform data validation and coordinate with relevant data owners to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and completeness.
  • Ensure change requests are processed accurately and on time to support business needs.
  • Become knowledgeable on master data end-to-end process and impact of attributes to business operations.
  • Perform End-to-End testing and provide feedback and guidance for resolution of issues in support of FOCUS project integrations or Change Requests as needed.
  • Responsible for update of any data pertaining to yearly Budget process and assist in leading strategic MIM actions within the project timeline.

  • PIR/Routing data loads, changes, and audit tracking
  • Yearly Budget process support
Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Education – Supply Chain or Engineering B.S.
  • 0 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Self-Starter with willingness and able to challenge the data and drive the results
  • Multi-Tasker
  • Able to analyze various data sets
  • Cares/passionate about work
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Accountable for actions
