About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support our Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our store. As a Key Holder, you will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modeling the behaviors that our sales team needs to demonstrate to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and behaviors
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Assist with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store on a rotational basis
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining a high-performing store environment

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store, is desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others, is desirable
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $18.85 to $28.30, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
