We are a leading pizza delivery company seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates. As a Delivery Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while working independently as a contractor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer orders with speed and courtesy, adhering to our standards for professionalism and customer service.
  • Operate as an independent contractor, managing your own schedule and workload.
  • Meet tight delivery boundaries, ensuring you are on the road as much as possible.
  • Utilize your vehicle to transport customer orders, maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Must own a vehicle and have valid insurance in your name.
  • Must have a recent, clear driver's abstract from the Ministry of Transportation.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience and a valid G2 license.
  • Must be fluent in English, both reading and writing, and possess basic math skills for handling customer payments.
  • Knowledge of the local area is an asset.
