Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all warehouse activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, coordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
