At Arnolarch Enterprises LTD, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, graders, and bobcats to perform various tasks including fine grading, land clearing, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks on time
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Clean and lubricate equipment and refill tanks as needed
  • Measure distance, volume, length, and weight to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare accident reports and secure special attachments to equipment
  • Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment to stay in touch with team members
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment to minimize downtime
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements
Requirements
  • Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification
  • Experience in operating heavy equipment, preferably in the construction or agricultural industry
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves required
