Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at De Belen, Merlina. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Organization: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Household Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Maintenance: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: Tagalog.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, outdoors.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home, room and board provided.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
What We Offer:
