Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project delivery, ensuring timely completion of assigned sub-components and non-technical projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Research and recommend vendors, and develop cost estimates for assigned projects.
  • Determine resource requirements, develop schedules, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of project administration work experience or equivalent training.
  • Administrative, coordination, and organizational skills, along with related experience.
  • Project coordination and non-technical project delivery experience.
  • Cost estimation, project scheduling, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications.
