Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Erikson Pro division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand segments, developing growth strategies, and executing product go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage brand segments and develop growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies.
  • Perform sales, profitability, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage inventory, product lifecycle from SKU creation to product launch, and retirement.
  • Develop close supplier relationships and foster open lines of communication.
  • Liaise with sales representatives and suppliers.
  • Provide expertise in product applications, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing and communications activities.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital and web content.
  • Assist with e-commerce efforts, including Amazon storefront maintenance and advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, special events, and other promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of products and industry with comprehensive and specific sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales/management experience, preferably with hands-on experience.
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision/autonomously or collaboratively and under pressure.
  • Takes initiative, is creative, organized, good sense of judgment, result-oriented, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and JD Edwards/E1 is a plus.
  • Candidates must be bilingual in French and English.
