Job Summary


This role offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for growth. As a Full-Time Electronics Sales Associate, you will connect customers with the perfect electronics solutions. You will oversee sales and merchandising of electronic devices, including TVs, computers, laptops, tablets, printers, cameras, drones, video games, and more.



Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. OSL Retail Services also offers up to 30% of monthly wireless services with select carriers, great benefits, paid training, continuous development opportunities, monetary rewards, recognition programs, an Employee Assistance Program, an employee referral program, and People and Cultures programs.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide customers with product demonstrations, comparison, and sales.
  • Ensure customers have a positive and informative shopping experience, considering their Home Entertainment needs.
  • Proactively set up and maintain product merchandising displays.
  • Complete timely stocking of products and ensure shelves and work areas are clean.
  • Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, service requests, and defective products.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Assist customers with questions and ensure they feel confident with their purchase.
  • Offer long-term protection services for purchased goods.
  • Lead by example and foster teamwork.
  • Act with professionalism and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends.


Physical Job Requirements



  • Lift 30-50 pounds.
  • Stand/walk for extensive periods.
