About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality baked goods, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and baking of mixed dough and batters
  • Operate machinery and equipment to produce baked goods
  • Ensure that products meet established quality standards
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week
