Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to clients
- Facilitate group sessions to promote client empowerment and self-management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university
- Two years recent related experience in a healthcare setting working with medically complex clients with concurrent disorders, or a combination of education, training and experience
- Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers
- Current valid BC driver's license
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
