As a Construction Laborer at JM BUILT HOMES LTD., you will play a vital role in our team, assisting in various aspects of construction, from preparing sites to completing finishing work.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Laboring duties including manual labor, site cleanup, and equipment operation.
  • Assisting tradespeople with tasks such as mixing concrete, pouring asphalt, and aligning pipes.
  • Cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites when required.

Work Environment: You will be working outdoors, potentially at heights, in all weather conditions. This position requires strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; however, basic math skills and the ability to read and write English are essential.

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of relevant work experience is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role or within the construction industry will be considered an asset.
