Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness 10007. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for executing marketing, social media, and outreach strategies to drive membership sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPIs
  • Train, mentor, and manage team members on sales, marketing, and prospecting
  • Execute marketing, social media, and outreach strategies to drive membership sales
  • Perform on a guaranteed salary along with an incentive-based bonus
  • Develop and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Build and maintain a strong, enthusiastic, and energetic team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Experience leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPIs
  • Eagerness to train, mentor, and manage team members on sales, marketing, and prospecting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
