Security and Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Security and Network Engineer to join our team at LotusFlare, Inc. As a key member of our Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for driving the overall IT security standards across our cloud native DNO stack.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement security policies and domain security concepts
- Implement and manage security controls and security-focused services and systems in our infrastructure
- Collaborate with infrastructure and product engineering teams to ensure a secure state of our environments
- Plan and execute security scans and continuous security and threat monitoring
- Implement continuous monitoring systems and tools to automatically identify potential security issues
- Conduct security audits in cloud environments and review code and other production changes to maintain security standards
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar technical security role
- Excellent knowledge in development and implementation of network security concepts, Linux system security, data classification, and cloud security
- Understanding of user access controls, SSO, user profile integrity, and access management controls
- Experience with server application security, intrusion detection solutions, web application firewalls, and containerization technologies
- DevSecOps experience and familiarity with SCAP and continuous security monitoring solutions
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues
